The cuisine comes from local ingredients, organic and seasonal products, and the meeting of Venezuelan, Argentine and Italian roots that dialogue with Sicilian tradition. Every dish tells the story of an intertwining of cultures, land and memory.

La Manna di Zabbra grows out of a family-run operation that experiences the countryside of Pollina every day with love, respect and care. Our Italian, Argentine and Venezuelan roots meet in Sicily, where the land, nature and a slower rhythm shape our idea of hospitality.
Here, hospitality is a sincere gesture, made of presence, discretion and warmth. It is an invitation to pause, breathe in the landscape and let yourself follow the rhythm of the countryside, among fieldwork, light and the silence of the hills overlooking the sea.
